In 2000, at the age of 18, Dr. Hailey Heard fell down the stairs while holding a guitar in one hand, a suitcase in the other, and wearing a backpack on her shoulders. From that moment on, she truly understood what it meant to have severe back pain. After months of her pain becoming progressively worse and losing the ability to walk without a cane, she went to see a chiropractor. At that point, her life changed forever.

Yes, chiropractic care took her back pain away, and she was able to live an active teenage life; however, she received so much more than pain relief. She noticed that she slept better, she was happier, she never got sick anymore during cold & flu season, she lost weight, and she had more energy. Simply put, her quality of life was better.

Dr. Hailey had such a wonderful experience with chiropractic care over the next few years that she decided to dedicate her life to bringing the same experience to others. Though she was on a track to become a theology professor, Dr. Hailey switched career paths after she finished her Master’s degree. In 2006, she enrolled at Life University, the leading chiropractic school, where she began to study anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and the art, science, and philosophy of chiropractic.

While in school, Dr. Hailey discovered even more wonders of chiropractic care. She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) after a brief episode of neurological disturbance. Though her MRI did show some evidence of MS, her neurologist could not explain why she had such a quick episode. Dr. Hailey explained that she got adjusted by her chiropractor as soon as the episode began, and she found that the only thing that ever helped her symptoms was the adjustment. To this day, Dr. Hailey remains symptom-free and continued MRI studies show evidence of a reversal of MS.

Dr. Hailey has found health and happiness thru a lifestyle that includes regular chiropractic care, whole food nutrition, and emotional stress management. She wants nothing more than to bring similar experiences to the rest of the world.
